Sending a photograph, finding a setting or organizing files can become frustrating when every explanation begins with unfamiliar terminology. Start with the result: what are you trying to make happen?
The Techie Services approach puts everyday tasks first. A useful learning session focuses on one device, one goal and steps you can repeat on your own. Note the device and application you use, then describe where the process becomes unclear.
Messages and photos.
Practice a specific action, such as attaching a photograph or finding a received file. Repeat it using a harmless example until the sequence feels familiar.
Find things again.
Choose a simple folder or album structure that makes sense to you. Decide how new items will be named and where you will look for them later.
Settings and choices.
Read the purpose of a setting before changing it. Keep a note of the original choice so you can return to it if the result is not useful.
